We might take a lot of pictures. I might like a lot of them. To close out the year, I thought I would share a few of my favorites from the year.
I have seen a lot of people bemoaning what a horrible year 2016 has been. My picture collage says something very different. Many smiles, memories and life impacting moments.
My grandmother always told me that no matter how bad you have it, someone else has it worse. I remember when my baby brother died unexpectedly in a tragic car accident. I sat across the table from her the next morning and she told me we must pray for the driver’s family because as bad as it was for us, his family had it worse. I think my grandmother was wise and understood God’s grace in a different way than I have managed to grasp.
I wish for you all a very happy 2017 and I am looking forward to the next chapter of the journey!
